Calum Williams
Director
Born in Aberdeen, Calum has always had a passion for working outside and being surrounded by nature. While at school, he gained experience in the horticulture industry by working with the gardening team at Crathes Castle. After leaving school in 2018, Calum decided to turn his passion of gardening into a career and started Green Spade. Five years later, Calum has overseen the company go from strength to strength and continue to grow.
Benjamin Mills
Operation's Manager
Benjamin joined the team in May 2022. Acting on his enthusiasm of being in the outdoors and immersed in nature, he decided to change career path and team up with school friend, Calum Williams. Since joining the team, both Green Spade and Benjamin have gone on to flourish.
Bradley Robinson
Head Landscaper/Gardener
Brad has always enjoyed the outdoors and being emersed in nature. Having spent time thinking about what to do, working at Green Spade was an opportunity he couldn't refuse, as it allows him to do something meaningful while being out in nature.
Rowan Beaton
Junior Landscaper/Gardener
Rowan has always loved being outside and has her own garden that she maintains. While at school, Rowan spent her holidays working at the local wholesale plant nursery, Solstice. After leaving school in 2023 Rowan joined Green Spade to continue working with plants and in gardens.
Minta Ortega
Junior Landscaper/Gardener
Minta has recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Aberdeen. She previously worked as a gardener at a private estate in Aberdeen and is keen to continue working outdoors in nature and learn new gardening skills from her Green Spade colleagues.
Ritchie Jackson
Junior Landscaper/Gardener
Ritchie has a growing passion for plants and outdoor spaces. New to the gardening world, Ritchie is eager to learn and develop hands-on experience while contributing to the team’s projects.
Joshua Love
Junior Landscaper/Gardener
Josh began working for Green Spade in June 2024. His enjoyment of working outdoors and hands-on-projects were what inspired him to join Green Spade, which has allowed him to further enhance these skills.
